And it doesn't hurt to be nice. But it can be hard on those "stub your toe getting out of bed" days to see the good and try to be an active part of it. That's why I started the #DailyBrainVitamin. So that you (and I. Ok, mostly me.) could have something positive to focus on each morning. Even if we did stub our toe getting out of bed.
As a result, I'm always on the lookout for positive stuff to share with you. And today, this one short article struck me.
